We produce wire meshes for use in variety of screening equipment. Wire of spring steel as per IS4454:1981 Part1 are used to make these meshes. These high carbon wire have abrasion and distortion resistant properties required for optimum life of the screens.

TMPL manufactures mechanical Rock Bolts of sizes 16mm to 36 mm dia in various lenghts, for use in mines, tunnel & embankments as rockanchors.
Rock bolts is a Stressed or tensioned reinforcement element consisting of a od, mechanical or grouted anchorage and a plate and nut for stressing by providing torque to the nut or for retaining tension applied by direct pull. it is also know as active rock.

Rock Bolts are produced from TMT Fe 500 grade ribbed steel bar as per IS:8266-1986 specifications in various tupes below.

Expansion Shell Type
These bolts use expansion shells & plugs made of cast steel with left hand thread, firmly gripping the rock & the bolt forming anchorage.

Resin/Cement Grouted Type
These anchors are machined conically at one end &are threaded on the other. the conically tapered end is pushed into the resin/cement cartridge placed at the bottom of the drill hole.

Victaulic type Grooved pipes are made out of ERW black black steel pipes conforming to IS:1239 or seamless pipes as per ASTM 106 Gr . B depending on the requirement of the job.
The pipes have collared groove ends, which allow minor adjustments and deflection in the straight pipeline, on account of undulating surfaces and/or mis-aligment in the direction.

• Cut groove for heavy duty and thick wall pipes.
• Collar welded/roll groove for light duty and thin wall pipes.
